The best way to start is to gather as much information about your big day so I can get a feel for the general theme of your wedding. An image of your dress is most useful. The quandary of hair up or hair down may be determined by the neckline of your dress! Create a mood board on Pinterest & save magazine cuttings in your scrapbook. I’m sure all those hours spent on google will be useful in the end… The best piece of advice I can offer is ‘you don’t know until you try’ we can trial as many options as necessary and trust me – you’ll know when it’s the one!
I will take into consideration your face shape, hair length and texture and of course, the silhouette of you in your dress & those all important accessories. I can add hair extensions discreetly to create a fuller or longer look too so don’t panic if you are concerned your hair isn’t thick or long enough. I believe there is always a way to achieve a look that shows off your best features and compliments you – so even if you don’t opt for hair-up, a beautiful blow dry with accessories is also an option. The most important thing is that you feel completely confident and most of all like you!
During your pre wedding hair trial, I always like to try a few options rather than just one. This way we cover all bases. I then take images of the trial so you can look back on all the options and make your final choice knowing that its the right one! This is the fun part of the planning.
